In this part 2 series to our intro to Spin, ACE certified Personal Trainer  Diane Heinauer shares how the Spin bike works and what you can expect from a Spinning workout. This is the only cardio workout that you can really just close your eyes and zone out. No worrying about foot coordination like in a step aerobic class.
